Our story
Two owners. Two areas of expertise. One accountable team.
We are Marissa and Daniel, the family behind Alpine Garage Doors. We built Alpine around a simple idea: customers deserve to know who they are dealing with from the first question through the completed work.
Marissa is Alpine’s Co-Owner & Business Administrator. She manages the company’s administration, marketing, pricing systems, estimates, customer operations, business documentation, and supplier and wholesaler relationships. She is not simply “the person answering the phone”—she builds and runs the systems that keep Alpine operating.
Daniel is Alpine’s Co-Owner & Lead Technician. He is the technical authority behind every job, personally handling inspections, diagnosing door and opener problems, determining the safest and most practical repair, measuring and planning new-door projects, and completing residential and commercial service and installations. He is also responsible for the final adjustments, balance and safety checks that protect the quality of Alpine’s work. Daniel explains his findings and the available options directly to each customer, so the person making the technical recommendation is the same person responsible for the finished result.
That partnership matters. You are working with the two owners whose family, reputation and livelihood are attached to every decision and every result.
Why we keep it this way
Alpine is hands-on by design. Marissa leads the business operation and Daniel leads field operations and workmanship. That keeps communication direct, technical decisions consistent and accountability clear.

- Your questions reach an owner. Marissa oversees customer communication, administration, pricing and coordination, with Daniel providing technical direction whenever it is needed.
- The lead technician comes to your home or business. Daniel personally leads Alpine’s inspections, diagnoses, repairs, opener work and installations.

- You can come back to the same team. Questions before, during and after the job stay with Alpine’s owners.
Hands-on by design
The owner who diagnoses the work also leads the work.
Daniel leads Alpine’s field operation from the first inspection through the final safety and performance check. He handles the measurements, technical planning, repairs, adjustments, opener setup and installation work needed to leave each system operating correctly. Marissa keeps the business operation, communication, pricing and scheduling organized from the first contact onward.
